Having read prevoius threads about fitness i thought i would share my routines to acheive a fit hot body.

I have found that sprint cycling usually 12 mile sprints gives me a very muscular body and also keeps the heart big and flourishing and in rude health!

In the winter i use believe it or not skipping which when done at a high speed you will be amazed at the results from doing 20 mins of this three times a week you will get seroiusly toned muscular and very fit.

Also i have a bench press which i use once a week a can bench 90k this is not bad for someone that used to weight train 4 times a week i thought i wouls also reccomend yoga as i want flexability and to have a fit body that wont embarrass me when the time comes when you rip the tee shirt off and the female will not look in horror but in total admiration!

As the last gf said you have great body she was intimated by this have any off you guys expreinced this????.

Also i you guys prefer body building then i would reccomend the book brawn it tells you what you can acheive without taking herbal roids or anabolic ones.

also i very good book on is a book called spark that is about the effects and benifis that from excersing the brain improves and prevents deppresion or early dementia well you dont want to look like shit otherwise the women will be looking else well un less you have a bloody good personailty.
