Another person doing something wrong does not mean that what you're doing is okay or right.
If you're looking for someone else to be with and don't wish to be with her while she wants something more than what there is now, you need to stop.
Put it this way. If you told her everything here, would she be cool with it or not? If not then there is your answer.
