I started this because I was feeling poor, unhealthy and reliant upon substances. Feel I have snubbed some of these issues.

Nicotine - Going to keep off smoking. Doesn't really enhance my life in anyway. Smoked on Saturday night after a month of not and just felt shit.

Alcohol - Definitely going to drink less. Probably just save big smash ups every now and then rather than every weekend. Most nights will just have a few. Means I can do stuff the next day more. If I'm ever using alcohol as a crutch, I will now be more aware and stop. It is just for fun, nothing else.

Caffeine - Probably just have a couple of cups a day rather than the 4 strong ones I'm used to. Should help my sleeping.

Lemonade - going to keep off this. Had enough of this piss to last me a life time!!
