i used to run afterwards and the day after. it used to kill to begin with but after a while blood starts pumping there and it feels much better. obviously you be running at top speed lol..
doms in general goes away tho after a couple of times squatting. i havent worked legs for like 2-3 months due to an injury... ive put off doing legs for like 2 weeks now cos doms is a fucking cunt.
