I've dabbled but I really struggle with it to be honest. I find my mind gets much more active the more I try to calm it down. On the rare occasion I've stumbled across a general feeling of being at ease and less attached to my thoughts. I'd like to get more into it if I can find a method that fits. What do you do, mantra, or beginner's breath, or what?
