So there is a girl I like at work and I believe she likes me too. Problem is I dont dump into her that often (although this could also be a benefit) and when I see her its often just in passing, though she is always smiley and looks really pleased to see me.

Is there any other thing I could do apart from being very direct and more or less asking her out on the spot?
