Take M1T and before long, you can do full stack shoulder press, full stack leg press and do 35 reps of half chin ups like Terry the faggot hahahaha! On the very rare occassion you can't pull a bird by 6am on SUnday, we should visit the that gym, see if there is any improvement haha!!!!
