IMO protien powders are crap because even though they have high percentage protein you end up getting most of it from the milk.

As for vitamins just get a multivitamin cheap.

I'm not going near that m1t e.t.c cos if you fuck your liver up sy goodbye to good physique. but if the milk thistle works why not.

luckily for me I've got good genes for this so ll I have to do is eat a lot of food lift weight and I gain muscle.

It's important to remember that eating loads of protein won't get you big cos your body finds protien hard to digest and you need calories to support the muscle so the carbs are important too. AA lot of people forget that just eating huge steaks. plus you'll piss out a lot of stuff so there's no point overdoing it.
