I said something like "I was talking to you, weren't you listening bla bla etc" and introduced her to our group, made her feel welcome and danced with her.

Interesting stuff about the subconscious, separating fantasy/reality, all quite new to me, so any other pointers welcome. Perhaps for another thread..
