I think so yes. Just yesterday I was in conversation with this stush bitch ( apprarent attitude problem she had!). Without giving it conscious thought, I was negging this bitch and brought here down off her high horse. By the end of the interaction, she was trying to get my attention - apparently bemused as to why I wasn't on my knees desperate for her to like me like all those other AFCs.

Yes she was good looking, and looking back I should have number closed her... BUT, my point is that I maintained slef respect during this interraction, which may be something I wouldn't have done 6 months ago.
