This is the part that I agree with; it has worked for me, even to the point of having to give a sublte ultimatum: "Hey I like you, I have fun with you, I enjoy your company, but I'm a sexual being and I'm not going to apologise for that, and if this is just a waste of my time, call me when you're ready, failing that; don't call me."
