Lip piercings *cough* as in just below your mouth.

To be honest I hardly wear mine anymore since the one on the left side healed up. I'm gonna have to go out in the field and see if wearing them makes any difference to my own game.

But speaking of piercings I used to go out with a girl that had a isabella piercing, now that was fun to play with
