From how i see what you have typed this chick has been into you right from the start and youve actually had to put little effort into gaining the result you have.

Now this could well be because of the polished product of experience that you are or it could be that she just likes you and you are her type.

Everything she has said that you have typed here is a blatant come on.

I think rather than banging a 7 and potentially making the yoga class have an 'atmosphere' generated from her and the potential gossip that could come from her about you being a player etc (after she clockes you chatting others up after you ahve boned her etc)
I would rather go as far as you have (with her now) with a few of them, and keep them all on the back burner knowing that when you decide you can choose one and take her down to the love shack

Somtimes its just more fun being the object of desire of a few of them rather than boning one-- what did spock say, the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few or the one....
