I would say the 'INSTANT' part is probabaly a crock. Developing confidence where there was none before is about mindset and realistically this is some thing that is achieved gradually over longer period, than the claimed 7 days just bear that in mind.

How do you know if you haven't tried it?
It's more about giving you the courage to go out and do what you want to do, once you've done it you'll get the confidence to do it more and get more confidence. It works to break down whats holding you back from making the step.
