what, do you think that you drifted out of touch because you're not rippling with muscle at the moment?
I just go running most days for now. It keeps the gut away and relaxes me. I reckon I might join the gym again though. I used to do a bit of body building. I got fucked off with the diet though and limiting myself to drinking once a week.
