Not every women can squirt and anyone who tells you that are lyers. There are videos on this stuff but they use pornstars who are known squirters so don't be fooled.
Best way in my opinion from experience is to use the two middle fingers and rotate clockwise/anti-clockwise. Bend your fingers obviously and the woman must be completely relaxed. Normally can tell by feeling muscles just above pubic bone. If its tight, gentle massage and tell her to relax.
