think about it this way, if a girl comes up to you with nice breasts pretty face, good figure, hair, make up etc. you don't think to yourself 'ah i'm being tricked into finding her attractive because she keeps in shape and has put a lot of effort into her appearance' (even though you are) you just like what you see.
