You're also less likely to 'lose' your girlfriend when you rely on such intrisic qualities.
I found out that what you call free expression of the self is achieved by shutting out the inner monologue. This inner chatter generally issues teacherlike commands before you talk and delivers negative criticism afterwards.
It is the most noticeable and the most toxic effect of PU ideology.
