yep lets do this, would be good if we could tie down a date. I realise some people want to wait until after pay day or until they get to know people a bit better which is totally understandable.

I'm up for heading out this weekend in Birmingham - did a bootcamp last year and there's nothing better than getting out there and putting it into practice.

Would be good to learn off people but really don't mind helping out complete newcomers. I have no problems approaching and would be happy to help anyone with AA.

So I'm suggesting this Saturday if anyone wants to get out there and get some results or just wants to be in that environment to get their confidence up!
