Personally E tolle s book power of now was very helpfull for me.Mate I think when it comes to books like that you should just read it with an open mind and
take aspects away from it that you like.Like you I dont agree with with some of
what he says, but all I can say is try and finish the book as you will come across
things that are relevant to you and make sense to you.
