I also listen to a lot of Paul Mckenna stuff.

He has a lot of programs very applicable to PUA stuff, and self improvement in general.

His best idea, one he admits is not his own, but that has the power to transform is as follows:

-when ever you feel negative about anything... stop and pause for a moment!
-review the images in your mind that come up when you think of this thing/situation/event/person etc.
-close your eyes, breathe, move the images further away from yourself, drain out the colour from the picture and remove the sound.
-put this image away.
-now think of all the things you can do to help the situation/how you could have handled things differently.
-make these new images Bright and Exciting and Surround Sound
- now bring up the old images, but before they can take hold, bring up the new more exciting images of you handeling the situation in a new exciting and fun way.

As Paul says, if you do this when ever ANYTHING negative comes up for yourself, you can quickly find yourself overcoming all sorts of obstacles in your life.

Just thought I'd share this as it has help me alot.
