I use the CD regularly, once a month or so, and usually before going out.

I actually wonder whether this CD was a major influence on my life - I was floating rudderless at the age of 23, half arsed doing a PhD and not really moving in any direction. From January - March, I must have listened to this CD 3 or 4 times. And suddenly, in April, I exploded into life - I started working out, I started taking action, I started taking control of my life.

It could be pure coincidence. But its enough to make me think there is something in this.
