Hey guys so i just wanted to tell you all about my experiences with a book im reading at the moment,
Its called "Instant confidence" by Paul Mckenna and here are my thoughts

From someone who couldnt approach woman for years even with PUA Knowledge to someone today speaking to 10 + girls i think one of few reasons are this book.

With the book comes a mind shaping CD which you can listen to to reprogramme your mind, i would recommend it.
