Good post mate.

I agree - the self-improvement vibe is great.

For me:

Mental fitness:
-reading (works of literature). I don’t generally get any value from self help stuff (but if you have ay good recommendations, please pass them on)
-occasionally meditating
-keeping physically fit
-making sure that I keep in touch with friends
-making sure that I learn new things

Creative stuff:
-writing (words and music)
-Music production – exploring new collaborations

Physical fitness:
-No urgent need to get any specific outcome here – I’m happy enough with my body. Just keep in shape – run, and occasionally do strength work. Make sure that I eat well, and have a generally balanced life.

Social (non-Game):
-Trying to improve in all aspects of social stuff – controlling situations, calibrating, and improving communication
-learning the art of public speaking

General:
-Writing stuff down – actual things I want to / should be doing in life. Ticking them off when they are done.
-Doing things to make sure my mind gets sharper – thinking, reading, challenging
-Everything in moderation, including moderation : )
