I met up with my ex today and asked if we would be getting back together. She said no, but she still wants us to be friends. Instead of me feeling crushed (again), I feel like I've had closure on it and can just move on. I genuinely think its because I've been looking into pick up, its given me something to look forward to.

Its weird, I've felt sad for ages even when I've been laughing but now I feel normal again with a bit of optimism thrown in.
