Unlucky there. You need to give your friends a few pointers it seems... easier said than done if they are unwilling to learn to change themselves (I should know I've got a few friends who reject the very notion of helping themselves).

If not you need to hang out with some guys who will not f*ck you over like that. That's appauling behaviour on their part.
