Burning out..

Guys, I feel burnt out… Been doing this since September and I feel really low today, really drained and empty.

Has anyone else had this, its fucking with my head big time.

Think I know the cause, I basically fucked up seeing this girl, we had an intense week last week but Friday night I acted very chodey and it was weird.. I know I fucked it up but a small part of me wants to try and get it back on, I hate giving up on something.

I’m supposed to have a day 3 with another girl tonight and a f close has been explicitly communicated by her but I don’t know if I want to as I feel so drained…

The effort seems like a mountain to climb at the moment, and im tired.

Anyone been there before?
