Well.. I've just realised I've managed five days! It's amazing what can happen when you busy doing other things.
What was the longest anyone went? Up to day 6 now and no external stimulus either!
Today is the beginning of my new life, I am starting over today, All good things are coming to me, I am grateful to be alive.
