Ive been forced to take 4 weeks off from the gym due to having a bad case of tendinosis in my elbow... Ive went back today and Im extremely weak I didnt even think it was possible to loose so much strength in a few weeks.
So the thing is, have any of you had time off like this and how long did it take to get back up to strength and back into things? Feeling really down about it lol
