Hi All,

Don't know if i've posted this in the correct area but i'd thought i'd share this with you as when i saw it, it really flicked a light bulb on in my head..

Anyway i was at the companies quarterly sales kick off (even though i don't work in sales, i have to go ) and they had a guy how was brought in as a consultant about changing how the senior managment team thinks, basically it was just NLP stuff about changing how you think, but he neveer mentioned NLP.

He put this up on one of the slides, its a poem by Theodore Roosevelt which i think some of you might find interesting and insperational.

It is not the critic who counts;
not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles,
or where the doer of deeds could have done them better.
The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena,
