You can’t take it daily for long, it seems to always require a significant dosage increase to get the previous day’s effect. So you soon get to the stage where volume / cost wise it is a lot. Also, after a large dose you are somewhat psychologically spent. You have to be an unusual person to, for example, run a marathon every day, it will be extremely taxing, require a lot of determination, probably be detrimental and you’d likely give up or at least start to take rest days pretty soon into it.

I usually have them kicking around and tend to take them for different motivations 1. for fun around 0.5 and 1.5g, 2. because I want to make a significant change in my life then >3g 3. just because they are there / no known reason / it just popped into my head for this I will take a microdose.

I expect fun when I take a fun dose.

I don’t expect any significant change when I take higher doses. It is often closely correlated in time with me making significant change but I can’t casually relate the two because the whole point is I’ve already decided I need to change something and this is just one of the actions I take between deciding to make a change and fully realising that change. So it could be circumstantial.

The times I microdose just because it came to mind etc. is just a reflection of how I eat. If I feel a craving for a specific food, I assume my body is telling me something important and will eat some of it and if I think of taking a little shrooms I’ll assume the same.

I don’t really know if it is having any effects at all apart from the obvious experienced ones. To say a buddy of yours got all messed up on it is a huge leap beyond the information you have about his situation. You’d have to have a lot of detailed data to determine that. It could be the cause of all my problems, the key to all my successes, anything in between or nothing. Anecdotally I feel inclined to say good things about it and draw correlation between it and give some credit to it for positive and difficult things (dealing with religious stuff from childhood, leaving the UK, dealing with addictive behaviour, leaving Cordoba, etc) but that’s my inclination. I’m a believer in that, so my view is biased.

The only things that I can say with a degree of certainty are casually connected are the direct experiences of being high on them and my actions under the influence... Mixing it with alcohol is a bad idea for me and I’ve done some fairly terrible things with that combination in me. That was definitely a huge negative. Or sometimes I’ve eyeballed a small dose before work and realised it was more than I should have taken but that’s just fun too, you just ride it out. Or taken some on a whim, then forgotten and later remembered when I stop to notice how incredibly beautiful the river is looking this morning. Or I’ve taken them and then life suddenly got real serious but too late because I’m already high af. Things like that.

Peace,

kowalski
