Difficult to say how the restrictions are affecting these places without being on the ground. But conditions being normal, I've heard Stockholm, Riga, Tallinn and Helsinki are meant to be good for women. Berlin might be another option in that it's quite relaxed, though people seem to love or hate the city. I do have a friend in Athens at the moment, it's still quite warm, not many people wearing masks outside, could be another good bet.
I'm looking to get away for a week myself, Warsaw was my first choice, but that might be difficult now. Tallinn I've been told has a picturesque medieval old town, it's quite small, but has lots of natural blonde women (which is appealing).
