I am not going to keep posting on this thread - suffice to say I do not agree with your methods or more importantly your motives Duncan. If you have to go through solicitors to contact your family then possibly posting this kind of thing on an open forum could have an opposing effect on getting your family back?

As Tom has alrady stated - our usual advice would be move on from your one-itis and get out there Sarging.
