Welcome Brother - lots of good advice on here already to which I can only concur; there are no bullet-proof openers but the 'worst' one can work just as well as the 'best' one depending on your delivery. Once you get out there and start appraching you will quickly realise that it truly doesn't matter what you say...the fact you have said something will almost always envoke a reply from the other person...that is the start of a conversation - so the fun comes in learning how to progress the conversation on and make her feel comfortable talking to you to allow you to do your thing! I too, started very structured (and still really like to use routines/tricks to stand out from the crowd) but generally speaking Natural Game works for me - although I wouldn't have had as much success with it without progressing through all the other styles I have tried out.
