Whether X is too much time or wasted depends on how long it takes to get what you want out of it and how valuable that is and a bunch of other factors.

Most people dedicate more time to TV dramas, social media apps, computer games, celebrity gossip, and often all of the above and / or a bunch of much worse activities.

If someone honestly has their week so full of activities that are adding to their personal growth that they don't have time to or benefit from dropping in to a digital space where there are part of a community of individuals with a shared interest in self improvement and with whom they've developed long term relationships, then I applaud those people as incredibly focused and self realised individuals that we should all look up to.

That's not you or anyone posting here.
