For all the reading you do, Dan, is that what you took away from this - don’t record people against their will?

You know I’m not a fan of that either but the only way the kid recording stuff was problematic was the recordings being publicly published evidence aiding in his own conviction, posts here would also fit that hole. What this article / conviction actually says is - a girl feeling uncomfortable because you spoke to her or made a move to kiss her but didn’t force anything at all probably in an open street in the middle of the day probably surrounded by passers-by can lead to a serious conviction in the UK.
