Think about what you want to say. Organise your thoughts. Edit them. Work through them. Then express them. In one post. You are just screaming “and another thing” as you post and post and post and post. So, nothing you are posting is of import to anyone, least of all you. If what you were saying was important or valuable you’d take your time over it. But you don’t so it isn’t. (Difficult to believe I actually had to break that down.)
