I guess the only way is forwards from here so I'll probs just stick to alcohol at most when I know I'm going out and pick up is possible for me. It helps me relax my brain from over analysing the situations I'm in to a point where I think I come across in a better way because I don't look anxious or worried about the interaction. I'm also whitentened my teeth today so I'll feel more confident.
