Where did these numbers come from and what does it mean if you don't live by them?

The blonde I'm dating now is 25.

I'm 32 so half of that is 16 + 7 = 23

Does that mean i'm gunna turn down a 22 year old? No. Does it mean I'll turn down a 20 year old? No.

Hell, there are 18 year old's who are all grown up and literally models. It would be gay if you were able to bang one and said no because society frowns upon it or some shit.
