I have no intention to ever make a recording like this public. It is *purely* for me to listen to for self-improvement. So I take your points, but would push back on them:

Yes, it's 'weird'. But so is lots of stuff.

This is not for me to publicise, but for my own improvement. Much like recording myself playing tennis, giving a public talk, or during a high-pressure interview. I understand the fundamental difference in terms of knowledge of the recording, but this is not illegal or, imo, unethical.

Speaking clearly isn't my issue. I suspect it's intonation, speed, topic choice, or something else. I am not sure. What I do know is that live feedback and review have been my biggest aids for growth in many areas.
