I'm 36, have been single for a few years after my last relationship and have mostly been using dating apps since then, which have been fine but I find you don't develop as much using them as you aren't forcing yourself to get out of the old comfort zone.

I learned a bit of game when I first moved to London and took more social risks, but since being in a 4 year relationship and the invention of dating apps I really am starting all over again.
