Started doing this again in the past few weeks. Will certainly make it a permanent thing this time.
I sit on my bed in a comfortable legs crossed meditation position. I started with 10 minutes & upped it by 1 each week so now I'm on 13. I have to put ear plugs in cos I'm in the city centre with content traffic outside.
It'll be done at least 5 times a week. Monday to Friday, cos I'm usually too busy on Saturdays then hungover or pissed on Sundays.
