I've been studying, thinking about, and practicing seduction for 10 years. My ability to think about it and express those thoughts in detail is likely a result of that. I (or you) don't have to apply every single insight I (or you) have.
I once went into a large medical science section of a bookshop and saw books almost as thick as yellow pages about different parts of the body and at first I thought that was excessive of them but then I just thought, 'Maybe they need to have all that knowledge for some reason.'
What I find is that while you can think out all this stuff, you can't necessarily apply all of it. It's more that you can apply a little bit of it when the opportunity presents itself.
We lie all the time anyway. Watch a film called 'The Invention of Lying' and it will show you how often we lie. Anyone who plays the 'Don't lie. Lying is bad.' card needs to watch that film.
