Actually his dialect is Montreal, where he is from, not New York. From what I know of him, he may or may not admit it, but he is a trained NLPer. He uses three aliases for three very different self-help programs (one of which being NLP), such as his seduction. He essentially cultivates a very strong sexual state and projects it in an effort to get laid. He claims an unusually high success rate.

I suppose. I'm not 100% sure what that word means, being a foreigner and all. His approach only works for certain guys. It's very, very trying and you have to be super congruent, otherwise, ugh!!!
