Building Up Your State
 

I was out last night & tested speaking to girls & guys on my way to the bars as a way of building my state and getting rid of any nervousness I may have had about approaching (AA) before heading to the 1st bar, this worked extremely well, by the time I had got to the 1st bar I had spoken to about 4 different groups’ of people & was feeling extremely RELAXED.

Conclusion

When going straight from your home to the bar your mind is still in LAZY mode or the PREVIOUS mode you were in before you left the house, and walking straight in to a high stimulus environment such as a bar without warming up in a les stimulating evironment first is equivalent to someone shining a torch in your face when you’ve literally just woken up 3 seconds ago, you WITHDRAW.

Street openers that worked well

(Walking past a pub or bar with a long queue) “Wow why is there such a big queue outside THIS bar”

“hi”

(When girls are drinking on the street) “Are you sharing :clapclap:”

“You girls look sooooo fun where you of to”
