Might be old hat to most on here. Its from the rsd newsletter as well and i imagine the majority of people are on that as well. Its prob one of the best articles for me personally in a long time and i wanna make sure nobody missed out on it. Its in two parts.

Thanks for sharing this, interesting stuff. It's funny because when I saw that Charlie Sheen video I thought similar things as to what he was saying and made a thread about it here. It also explains why my confidence (pre learning anything) and game has fluctuated so drastically and seemingly irrationally at different times in my life. Also helps explain why I have been terribly unproductive this month, but my confidence has rocketed.
