From what I gather, this is a movement to give up masturbation and porn completely. I haven't used porn or masturbated in about two years and I'm really feeling the benefits. I was unaware of the NOFAP movement up until last week, but it seems I have already achieved the main goal this movement proposes (Celibacy from porn and masturbation).

I guess you might say that I just feel massively better about myself (freedom from shame and self hate), and women notice this. I believe women can sense if a man is using porn and masturbating and they lose respect for such a man. Women react much better to me now I am free of these evils.

One key to help achieve this most desirable state is meditation. Another, is zero tolerance to looking at porn or any other 'arousing' pictures of women - just don't allow yourself to do this.

When I think of NoFap not delivering results, I think of religious types who remain late in life virgins who don't masturbate or get any "action." I doubt that the lack of wanking helps them get laid in the first place. I get the impression it's more for those that masturbate so much that it distracts them from actual results.

Can just imagine chatting to a chick who start sniffing, looks me up and down, then with a snarl raises her voice 'YOU MASTURBATED TODAY, DIDN'T YOU'. The ultimate shit test.

Only a serious note, while having regular sex with different chicks (what should be many successful PUA's lifetsyle, right?) once a week porn won't make a difference.

I've read a study that monitored testosterone during abstinence, they raise for up to 5 days then level out to original levels. Nofap won't give you super powers... for me I've not gone without cumming for longer than 3 days since I was 13, and longest dry patch of no-sex was 2 weeks since I started pickup in 2014... that was while i had the flu living in Las Vegas (of all places) haha.

Another negative I can see of nofap (while not having regular sex) is getting too thirsty for a chick and putting her off. I've always been comfortable to stop escalating before a chick stops me - I know if she's not on it then i'll still be wanking when she's gone haha. How horrible would it be to have a chick give you blue balls then not finish yourself off after she leaves ewwwwwwww.

The only real time I'd ever consider doing this as a permanent / long term thing is if I was to settle with one girl.

I read an article a year or two ago about this dude who said he hadn't jacked off in fifteen years. The dude was married, and he said it made sex with his wife incredibly intense, and of course the relationship a lot more loving and intimate.

It makes a lot of sense, when you consider the idea that your only source of orgasm is with that one lady.

In the meantime, I do now and then like to abstain all week when I know I have a girl coming around for the weekend. This week being one of those weeks.

I've got no idea what the lonely island reference is but no, we had great fun. Sex with her is pretty fire.

I got drunk on Sunday after she left and told her I think I love her. She laughed and said I think you need sleep babe.

I'll be seeing her again this evening for a midweek booty call. Either she'll be visiting me or I'll be visiting her, we'll see.

I woke up this morning to a text from this other chick I haven't yet had sex with but have met once and kissed, asking me if I'm free any day at the weekend. Of course, I'll make the time. We know we both want it.
