A while ago, when i was reading through "The Rules of the Game" it required joining a website in connection with style life, n every few days i am emailed new tips, vids, techniques etc....
alot of their stuff revolves around trying to sell you shit so i never really pay it any attention, but i found this vid interesting, its long but theres no reason why it wouldnt work in the field:
