What has worked for me:
Fixing your posture: forward neck, rounded shoulders and anterior pelvic tilt.
Have a hobby or a passion that is relatable to women, for me I take a lot of dance lessons, so I'm a decent dancer. Being able to thread your conversation without qualifying yourself allows you to buy time as these usually give you a hook as they usually become interested.
Going Indirect: going direct works if your inner game is solid, as for me I got blown out each time, however indirect allows you to buy time and use your body language which helps and plus keeps you in set longer, just try to have a routine.
Masculine body language: Strong but subtle gazed eye contact, Triangle gaze. looking at her lips and lip sucking (weird it works). leaning back.
