Closing a girl who wants a relationship -

Okay so here's the situation:
I'd say my game is okay, not the best but its been getting me laid pretty regularly. My usual tactic is to go out at night, have a few beers (hate sober gaming at night) and get the numbers for a day 2. On the day 2 I usually have sex with the girl that night, at least kiss closing. The problem with this one girl, and I want to get it sorted for similar girls in future, is that she has specifically stated that she is not a one night stand sort of girl. I know a lot of girls say that, but I actually got that impression anyway. She is overall a solid 7, but she is boring as fuck. I can't try and close on the day 2 because I'm actually going out that night. So my questions are: What should I do for a day 3 to seal the deal? (cba going on any more dates than that) How do I sexually escalate when she has absolutely no banter and would probably make it awkward? Should I even bother with this girl at all?

Ok cheers boys. I'm sacking her off then. When I say I've been getting laid regularly its just that Ive been on a bit of a run recently and it feels like its all sort of coming together...
For future reference though... How would you guys pull a girl that is not really open to having meaningless sex? A lot of the other girls I have pulled from day 2's seem to pretty much be looking for the same thing I am.
